I recently switched my service from AT&T to Verizon, because Verizon coverage at my residence is better.
However, I am consistently getting "No Service" or "Verizon 1x" at work, and also at church. Occasionally the phone shows a single bar of 3G or LTE coverage, but it doesn't actually work.
This is really disappointing - everything I heard about Verizon was that their coverage and network performance was great.
I have an NRB ticket open for my work location. Can someone please help me open an additional ticket?
