dead service zone

i work in an underground garage in downtown san antonio and have colleagues who voiced this no service zone and signal extenders were placed on every floor now they all have service (AT&T). is their something similar that can be done for the verizon customers who are also experiencing this issue?

JERDOM46, It's essential to us that you have the best signal possible. You indicate that this is underground, do you mean this is below ground level (like a basement)? What zip code are you at? What services are you having problems with? How long has this been going on?

yes the garage parking is under ground level. we have 5 levels under the ground level for parking. as i mentioned at&t is the only provider i know that has signal boosters in the garage so their customers have service. i work here at the Grand Hyatt so i spend a good part of my week without service. my signal for calls, texts and internet are obsolete. when i am in the garage.

JERDOM46, we totally understand how important it is to always get service everywhere. The best thing to do is to have your employer or building management contact us to see what business options we may have to provide service at that location.

i really wish you could have resolved my issue directly rather than referring me elsewhere. i dont believe i should have to communicate my lack of service issue to my employer rather, i would think with my service provider.. please have it noted that i am not pleased with my service and will be switching service providers this year to a provider that does in fact offer service at my place of employment(central downtown of San Antonio).
