Where can I purchase the extended and what are my steps to resolving the no service issue?
Hi, @Dennyslk . You can order it on Verizon.com, but we can first go through a Troubleshooting session and check if you do need the extender or can be resolved with some steps from the session. Please send us a PM to check it and get this to work as soon as possible.

Please note that a network extended requires that you have residential internet service as it connects to your residential internet service to improve your wireless service experience.
