jetpack shows no devices

my.jetpack (MHS291LVW) does not always display my current connections- sometimes all are displayed, sometimes only one or two (even though all are connected OK in terms of internet access). Currently I have two devices online, including the laptop I am writing from here, but "connected devices" shows nothing- no connections.

Obviously wrong- how to fix?

(I need IP addresses from the "connected devices" list)

????
