I also would like to know this, I live in upstate SC in anderson county. Ready to upgrade and I dont wont to buy a 3g phone if 4g will be here very soon.

Verizon doesn't listen to their customers.  Hundreds of customers around the web are simply asking Verizon to communicate what's going on with the Galaxy Nexus.  All they can say is that there is no release information yet.  Oh gee thanks!

I would be glad to go over our 4G coverage with you. We're working very hard to bring 4G everywhere we have coverage. It's hard to wait, we're all anxious to have the 4G speeds and the devices to use those speeds.

 

Here's an awesome link. You can check your current address or look at the coming soon tab. Another great feature on this site is the link at the top "Send me 4G LTE updates". This link will allow us to notify you of any changes. That way you don't have to keep coming back to check.
