poor service reception

We have alway had excellent coverage with Verizon at our home up until the last 6 months or so. Its down to 1 sometimes 2 bars when it was once all 4. Not sure if there is a tower issue but if it can't be resolved we will be forced to switch services.

We know how important it is to stay connected during these times. Cellular service will always be worse when you are inside of a building. The building itself will cause interference and block the signal so it isn't as strong. 1-2 bars is still fine for using your phone. Are you having trouble with calls, text or data? Do you have Wi-Fi at your home to connect to ?
