We are very sorry to learn that you were experiencing trouble werre having trouble. I would like to ask if you are still experiencing the same proiblems?
I can add that the service in Fremont and Newark are terrible. I couldn't even get service in the Whole Foods parking lot let alone service out in the open in my neighborhood.
