I can add that the service in Fremont and Newark are terrible. I couldn't even get service in the Whole Foods parking lot let alone service out in the open in my neighborhood.
Kathy510, we're sorry to hear you're having trouble in the area. We'd like to ask a few questions to help find a resolution. What exactly are you experiencing with the service in those areas (dropped calls, no service, slow data)? How long ago did you start having trouble in those areas?
