I’ve been in my home for 3 years now. but over the last 6 months - 1 year I’ve been having issues with not having service to make phone calls. I can make calls on facetime with no problem (wifi), but when I try to make phone calls the service goes out, people cannot hear me, and the calls drop. I’ve had to call 911 and have been required to walk around my house to find a good spot so they can hear me. My biggest fear is I’ll have a true emergency and won’t be able to make contact. I have the iphone 14 Pro.
We're sorry to read about the issue with your service. Does this happen at all times of the day? How far do you have to go from your location for service to work properly? ~Peter
