This is specifically for the Fawn Lake development (Google Maps ).  There are about 900 homes in that particular neighborhood and just as many in adjacent ones.  That entire area has very poor coverage, ranging between 1g/3g/1 bar of 4g.  More and more folks are cutting the cord, and working from home and require good cell service to do that.

The poor reception existed for as long as I have been going there, which is over a year.  The poor reception is both outdoors and indoors and happens across a variety of devices.  There is literally just poor coverage in that area and there are literally thousands of people that live in the affected area.  I am attaching a picture of the areas of poor coverage that I can personally vouch for.poor coverage.PNG

I have rebooted multiple devices.  I have also done the following:

When I am outside the affected area indicated above, I have a strong signal 4-5 bars 4g.

When I go inside the affected area, the coverage is very poor 1-2 bars 3g.

When I leave the affected area, the coverage improves to 4-5 bars 4g. 

This poor service is widely known and acknowledged among the residents in the affected area.

If available, you can enable HD Voice, which provides even better call quality over Verizon's LTE network. With HD Voice enabled, you can also enable Wi-Fi Calling. What's the make and model of the devices impacted? 
Is there a noticeable difference between when HD Voice is disabled and enabled?
