I been a customer since 1995 and have 5 phones on my account and just bought the thunderbold for myself only because it was 4G and the web site said my home WAS IN 4G SERVICE AREA. I have always kept up with technology and upgraded every year so I bought the thunderbolt.
Well according to the cs rep I just spoke to my house is not and they told me "if I traveled a couple of miles down the road, I would be 4G covered"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!
DO NOT BELIEVED THE 4G SERVICE PLANS, very misguiding and no true!
