I am about to snap my phone in have thanks to the completely awful data speeds I have been getting lately. 91780. Fix your coverage in this area. Ridiculous. And no I'm not being throttled. Only 0.4 gb used so far.

Let's add some speed to your 4G service! What's the make and model your device? Are you having service issues everywhere? How's the service indoors and outdoors?

Samsung s4. It's slow everywhere. I haven't ventured out of this area yet though to see if it works elsewhere. It is literally taking about 20 seconds for my messages to go through on my chat program right now. This is while I supposedly have 4G. Already tried restarting many times and reseating the sim card.
I appreciate the information, evor1! Lets try to remove the sim card and place it back in. Do you know if anyone else is having the same issue? Also test out in another area to see how it works. Let us know how it goes.
