The 37205 area has degraded badly - down to zero bars - drops calls if they even arrive 

Have rebooted phone - reset SIM - redone all that a consumer can reset - can not contact anyone at VRZN - by voice - chat or smoke signals - a near by Verizon owned store is closed expect for pick up of online orders - no tech on site  - no one on site to assist

Help is here, betterserviceBNA. We appreciate all the troubleshooting you have done thus far. When was the last factory reset completed? Are you able to place a test call to #832? If yes, what announcement do you receive?

Test call not relevant - signal cuts of while standing still

Ran Service Cell Measurement and all the numbers are wildly varied in real time

Been on hold for hours - been disconnect many times

Alleged call back rings once on then says tried to reach you and will call later that never happens

VRZN service has gotten even worse than before and it never was all that great

The other two outfits are not lots better but who knows may have to try them

Or just get POTS line and hard wired handset as local solution

I had one rep tell me yesterday on the phone that the my Verizon app is responsible for phone reception and signal I kid you not when asked what setting or place has this mystery setting for signal I got ignored than he proceeded to put me on hold constantly and talk over me before going silent
