Can't connect Govee wifi smart bulbs to the network

Ever since switching to Verizon internet, I haven't been able to connect my Govee 6003 lightbulbs to the network. They are 2.4ghz only, so I disabled band steering and set up separate 2.4 and 5.0 networks, but I still can't connect. I've checked all the correct settings on my phone, restarted the router, restarted my phone, restarted the lightbulbs...nothing. I feel like I'm missing something. Not sure what else to look for/try.
