Why can't I make calls? Message reads, "Cellular network not available."
Do Verizon service people read these posts? Do they provide solutions through Community?

What make/model phone do you have? You might try resetting the network in the device's Settings.
Yes, Verizon agents get notified/monitor this Forum, but may not respond as quick and with the expertise as some would like. They are also monitoring and responding to users posting on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
