We recently switched to the 5g home internet. Not only did the salesperson lie during the initial conversation but the service is so horrifically bad it's affecting my school and work, both of which are done from home, as I explained to the lying salesperson. I think the best part is that this is the 5th time (documented) that I have told Verizon that they lied on a recorded line, and nothing lol. Luckily the connection is good enough to post about this garbage and the lies they tell all over the net.
