IPv4 not working on 5g home internet

My 5G home router has been rendered useless and no number of reboots will correct the issue.
If I go into router diagnostics and use IPv4 ping and ping www.google.com it fails. However if I use IPv6 ping and ping google is works fine. The system says everything is fine and connected and things partially work. Like I can do a speedtest but I cannot use zoom. The things I really need to work don't.
How do I correct this problem.?

I'm having the same issue. It started yesterday around 8:30 PM MDT. I spent 5 hours today chatting and talking with Verizon support -- they had me reset and/or reboot the router several times. They also reset things on their end. Nothing worked. IPv6 works fine, but IPv4 is completely broken. It looks like someone may have misconfigured a routing table somewhere. Doing a v4 trace route, I can see where the traffic gets stuck. At one point they asked me if I really need IPv4 or if I can just live with IPv6 ... hmmm. Anyway, I've opened a ticket and ETA is 72 hours for a resolution.

Just curious what the resolution to this ended up being? We are having the same problem and have not been able to get through to anyone on the phone despite numerous attempts calling and hours wasted on hold.

I have the same issue. It started yesterday and many reboots didn’t help. I opened a support ticket and all I got is nice responses but no real help to solve the problem.
