I have 2 wi-fi enabled garage door openers on the MYQ app. I had no problem with them when I was with Optimum cable but now that I switched to Verizon home internet 5G I had a problem connecting them initially and then once connected they intermittently went offline. Now they have been offline for 10 days even though when I log in to the Verizon router they show as connected and online. Any suggestions?

We recently switch over to Fios from Xfinity and are unable to connect to MyQ app. Any help will be appreciate. Were the previous listed issue resolved?
