I have been having internet connection issues over the past two weeks and it's only getting worse. I have to restart the router every time and even when I do that it goes back to service interruptions a short time later. I'm a new Verizon customer and I'm really disappointed in the quality of service I've gotten so far (thank goodness I'm not locked into a contract).
Any ideas as to how to fix this? I'm afraid if I have a Verizon tech come out and then be told nothing is wrong and then be hit with a service bill. Any thoughts, suggestions, or advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Have you called support to talk with an agent who may be able to troubleshoot?

The best thing to do here is to log into your modem and see what the signal strength is. If this is 5G, you should see it under the System Status information. What is the RSRP or RSSI value from the network? Do you have a 4G or 5G network type?
