I've seen a post here from 2014 about someplace in Texas where people were unable to load certain websites because the MTU settings at 1500 weren't working and you had to set it to 1496 but it was fixed because the uplinks were installed improperly. I'm having this same exact issue in Duanesburg, New York on 1/19/2023 - Verizon JUST came into our area & I'm wondering if this is the same issue as setting it to 1496 has seemed to temporarily fixed the issue.
