Hello:
Since I've been trialing the VZ Home Internet service I have been receiving the following message when sending emails:
Task '[email address removed per the Verizon Terms of Service] - Sending' reported error (0x800CCC0F) : 'The connection to the server was interrupted. If this problem continues, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'
The problem is intermittent but when I switch back to the Xfinity network, the problem clears and the emails are sent.
I'm using Microsoft Office with Windows 11 - both are up to date with maintenance. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

Make sure you're not sending e-mails on SMTP Port 25. Xfinity uses ports 465 or 587 and will need TLS. This should be in Outlook's outbound server settings.
Outside of that, it might be rate limiting for connections from non-Comcast IPs. That information will need to come from Xfinity support.
Does this problem only happen when you're sending attachments? It might be taking too long to upload, or the Internet connection itself could be dropping when uploading.
