I have spent each week since I was promised the $100 Amazon gift card in December calling customer service, and talking to managers who promised I'd receive the Amazon gift card in 48-72 hours so many times. I'm not wasting my time anymore. If it is not resolved through this message board, I will have to post to the Better Business Bureau site. I'd like a gift card, or a statement credit for $100 as promised.
