In December I called Amazon Fios to get details on my service. They said they had a deal for me and I would get a $200 Amazon Gift Card, if I switched my service, which I did, I never received the card, only their "deal" and spent a total of 2 hours using Chat and their website but still no card. Looks like others had this same issue. Did it ever get resolved or was/is this a true offer? I am giving one last try but I am thinking it's not a real offer and no $200 card was ever possible. The good news is that Comcast is in my area so maybe I need to look into switching but I'll give this one more try. If anyone has suggestions on how I might get the $200 I'd be grateful for your help! Thanks!
