$200 Amazon Gift Card Issue

I have two $200 Amazon gift cards that I submitted for redemption on 1/18. I still have not received them electronically as it said I would within 24-48hrs. I've been told by customer service that it would be 10-15 days but that is not what I"m reading on these blogs. I don't have a tracking number for these either. Can someone please help me? My Verizon experience has not been great thus far. I should have kept my Xfinity internet at this point. Would like to have one thing get resolved.
