$200 Amazon Gift Card

How do I receive my gift card after setting up my 5g home internet?  We haven't received an email and it hasn't shown up in my verizon app. 

Please advise.

RICDAM12, I'm thrilled you were able to get a 5G Home and can benefit from the Amazon promotion. At the moment, there's a technical issue that's been impacting some customer's ability to claim the reward. Not to worry, we're working on getting that fixed and hope that have that implemented by 12/13/23. If you qualify, you'll be able to claim the reward then. I'm sorry for that delay, but as long as you meet all the requirements, you'll be able to claim the reward. I appreciate your patience as we get this sorted out, and hope you can some great items with your gift card when you receive it.

Great news! The issue with the gift card has been resolved, and you should be able to redeem it directly from your My Verizon website. If you are having issues redeeming, make sure to clear your cache and cookies, then go directly through the My Verizon website.

No, I haven't seen any notifications in myverizon app for the amazon gift card.  We added verizon internet in November.  Please advise.

I got the 5g home internet last week and have been waiting for the information on how to get the Amazon gift card and still have not seen the tile in the app to let me make the choice between the gift card and the echo.
