Hello-
I'm a new customer and signed up for the internet where you can get an echo show 10 or the $200 Amazon gift card. I’ve visited in person, I’ve called customer service, I’ve searched everywhere on my app, I cannot figure out how to redeem the card. I need help and no can seem to help me or even give me straight info on it. I just need a link or a phone number or something to redeem it. I’m very frustrated and I really don’t want to go back to the store in person because I seemed like such a bother to them, they just told me to call 611 and go away basically.

Yes I have. I checked all emails, my spam and junk boxes, even my deleted box. I’ve read every email I got from Verizon and never got one with instructions on how to redeem the card.
