We signed up for Verizon home internet on Oct 18th, 2023. The representative at store told us that in 30 days, we would be receiving a $200 gift card. My husband went to the store at least 4 times, called customer service 3 times, and rebate department at least twice. Each time they told him, that we would be receiving a $200 Amazon gift card. On Jan 5th, I received an email about the gift card but it's a Verizon gift card, not an Amazon gift card. Why? Why is the company messed up, and no one knows what is going on? Why does it have to take us 6 calls to get things done? Why, does advertising and customer service service say Amazon Gift Card, but we get something else? Something that we won't be using. Can someone please give me the email info of someone in mail office.
