$200 Amazon Gift card

I got the email telling me to claim the $200 Amazon Gift card & the Xbox Series X in my orders in shows my Xbox but not my Amazon gift card plus never got email about it either. I hope it went through I tried to do it again and it won't let me. Is the gift card suppose to show in the orders section? #$200AmazonGiftcard

Good luck with this. I just spoke to a customer service rep who told me itโ€™s not 24-48 hours, itโ€™s actually 5-7 business days to receive the card. As far as actually getting the option to redeem it, itโ€™s actually really hidden and ambiguous. Verizonโ€™s lack of transparency is honestly making me question doing business with them.

I received the email with instructions for claiming the amazon gift card 9 days after I enrolled in the qualifying services with Verizon. Then, after I received that email, I didn't receive the electronic amazon gift card until 9 days after I "claimed" it online. It eventually came, it just takes a lot longer than the website tells you.

Hello, I was wondering if anyone can help me.   I'm having problems redeeming my $200 Amazon.com Gift Card and my $50 Xbox eGift Card.  When I click on my $200 Amazon.com Gift Card that is displayed in my Home Offers page, I get to another page saying "To claim this offer, we'll take you to the Gift Card Redemption website where you can redeem your $200 Amazon.com Gift Card".  Once I click on the "Claim Offer"  button a window about "Terms & Conditions" appear.  I read the terms and conditions and check the "I accept the Terms & Conditions" box.  Then another window opens up with a notice in orange box saying "The requested URL was not found in this server.  Go to MyVerizon home >".  The same result happens when try to redeem my $50 Xbox eGift Card.  Please advise.  Your help is much appreciated.

1. Sign in to My Verizon (make sure you do this on the website not the app).
2. Navigate to the My Verizon account page.
3. Click on Get your choice on us: Amazon Echo Show 10 (3rd Generation) or $200 Amazon.com Gift Card redemption tile under Make the Most of Your Plans.

Result: You will be taken to an interstitial page to choose either the Amazon Echo Show 10 (3rd Generation) or the $200 Amazon.com Gift Card.

4. Do the following under the $200 Amazon.com Gift Card redemption tile:

Review and accept the Terms & Conditions by checking the box.
Click Select.
Result: You are directed to the Blackhawk website to redeem the offer.
5. Follow instructions to complete the order.

Note: You must verify email address

**Upon redemption, you will receive the Amazon.com Gift Card within 24-48 hours. Tracking is available here: https://www.yourdigitalrebatecenter.com/#!/

I redeemed my gift card on the verizon website on December 12. Still to this day I have nit received a tracking number or anything!

no. I never received anything at all. Iโ€™ve talked to customer service three different times and theyโ€™ve assured me I will be receiving it. But here I am still waiting.

Same! If im not mistaken, I got an email saying it would take a couple months. I remember seeing the date February 22nd but I havenโ€™t received any email update or any reminder of the sort at all .
