I got the wifi on the 29th of November I got the email about the 200 Amazon gift card I selecting the card it told me it would take 24-48 hrs to receive it it's been a week and still haven't gotten anything. I feel like it was a fraud just to get people to switch there internet. Please help

Ttownrussiangirl, to redeem, please Sign in to your My Verizon (online or app). Navigate to the My Verizon account page. Click on Get your choice on us: Amazon Echo Show 10 (3rd Generation) or $200 Amazon.com Gift Card redemption tile under Make the Most of Your Plans. From there, make your choice between the Amazon Echo Show or the $200.00 Amazon Gift Card and proceed with the redemption steps.
There is a known issue where some customers are having problems redeeming or don't see a tile. A planned fix is coming on 12/13/2023 and you'll be able to redeem then.

Could you please help me with this as well. I have got the new home internet, and received an email stating that I can choose between 200 dollar amazon gift card or echo. However, now it is Dec 15th yet I still cannot see the tile under "make most of your plans" nor receiving any new emails about how to redeem. Please help.

I signed up and have the same problem as well when redeeming my $200 Amazon gift card. I've selected it but it doesn't take me anywhere. My wife and I are not happy.
