Every time I attempt to redeem my 200$ giftcard that was part of the promotion to switch to 5G home internet I receive this message {"STATUS":"ERROR", "DETAILS":"missing vz_jwt"} it seem to be a popular problem. I only have 60 days to claim it. It also seems that every rep gives me the run around. I honestly won’t bother again. I will stop paying for my two phone payments. We can go to small claim courts and I will explain with proof that I got ripped off by Verizon maybe I will end up with two free phones and compensation.
