I had recently became eligible to choose a perk of either redeeming a Stream Tv Soundbar or a $200 Home Depot giftcard for signing up for the 5g Home Internet. I received the email to redeem, no problems with the link not working like some of the other customers have been having. My issue starts after I click the accept button for the Terms & Conditions for the $200 Home Depot gift card. After I click the button, I get rerouted to a page that says,"WE'RE SORRY BUT WE CAN'T PROCESS YOUR REQUEST. TRY AGAIN LATER OR CONTACT US." and that's it. I can't do anything else either. The Stream TV Soundbar option is now grayed out and I'm unable to try and claim that. What's up with this? Has anyone received the giftcard successfully? I'd like to think Verizon wouldn't lie to their customers and will resolve this issue quickly. If not, I will be filing a complaint with the FTC.
