$200 Home Depot gift card

I'm trying to redeem my Verizon 5G home internet promotion of a Xbox S or $200 Home Depot gift card.  I'm not able to select the Home Depot option as it is greyed out.  How can I get this resolved?

So here's an update. No, Verizon has NOT contacted me or even responded to this post.  Meanwhile the days tick by and the deadline approaches. I trying again and I can now select the $200 Home Depot gift card but nothing happens when I press select. Such a fantastic site.  Your help is greatly appreciated.

This is disappointing.  I specifically switched home internet providers and did the 5g Home Plus premium in order to get the XBox Series X console.  This was back in early May.  I have never received the promo confirmation from Verizon in my email for this offer and it appears nowhere.  I have spent hours on chat last week that ended in being led in a circle of frustration and presently on a 30min+ phone support call with essentially no movement.   I've been with Verizon for cell for over 20 years.

Exactly the same issue since May 2023. Verizon, on the other hand had no problem billing my account for 5G starting  June2023. Multiple calls, empty promises, lot of wasted time is all I have. Maybe we should all collectively deduct the $200 from our next payment ? For sure they would cut our phones/routers, other device service but if done in mass it may get someone’s attention ? Not… but just fed up with Verizon

Peter, I have not received an email from Verizon. At one point it did show on my Verizon acct but I don’t see it now. Thanks for any help you can give

@GTCool  if you are now able to get the Home Depot gift card option to light up - did you click on the little box next to "accept terms and conditions" to get a check mark or whatever in the box before clicking the Select button?  A lot of times when I've encountered a "going nowhere" situation with websites, it's because it wants you to check a box like this first.

My bad, didn't see that this was a old thread which resurfaced for some reason.  Hopefully you got a resolution to your gift card dilemma before the promotion expired.
