Hello, I am unable to redeem the rebate for switching to the Verizon 5G internet. Solutions listed on other posts are not working for me. How do I receive the gift card I was promised for switching to the Internet service? When I go to https://www.yourdigitalrebatecenter.com/#!/, it asks for a promo code. The one provided previously in this forum does not work for me.

Mariale, the promotion will be available to redeem 65 days after your purchase of 5G Home Internet. After the 65 days, you'll have 60 days t redeem via a tile in your My Verizon app or website.

According to the CS rep's post, if you only just got the home internet service, the promotion tile doesn't appear in your My Verizon account until after 65 days.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.

Thank you for the additional details. In this case, the line needs to be active for at least 60 days, and be in good standing in order to receive the gift card. Once that timeframe has passed, you will be able to redeem the card through your My Verizon app.

As one of my peers mentioned earlier, the promotion will be available to redeem 65 days after your purchase of 5G Home Internet. After the 65 days, you'll have 60 days t redeem via a tile in your My Verizon app or website.

This is the error. I've talked to 3 verizon agents on the phone they all say it should work in a few days. This has been going on since April 23rd. It is 14 days now.
