I submitted my information for the $200 GIFT CARDS ON US promotion within the specified timeframe and received tracking numbers for the 3 phones I turned in. When I check my status, I was supposed to receive the cards by Feb. 2025 but still have not seen them. Apparently it is still "pending." Calls to the Verizon store have been unhelpful. I would be grateful for any assistance!
