I am trying to find information in relation to the $200 Verizon gift card that was offered as a promotion. In the order details it says that a link should pop up in My Verizon account but that has not happened and it seems like I am not the only one with this issue. If this isn't resolved soon I will absolutely cancel my account and switch carriers, this is incredibly dishonest.

The transaction was done all online through the website on 7/22/24 and was fully activated when I received my phone on 7/24/24.
Is there a certain website or promo code I need to redeem the offer? I am still yet to receive anything.
