How do I receive my gift card after setting up my 5g home internet, I've tried everything I've already selected the Amazon gift card, but it has not been emailed to me

Having questions about claiming, redeeming or checking the status of your Amazon Gift Card from the 5G Home Plus Promo offer? Here are some notes, or steps to take that can help:

  1. The redemption process begins upon the activation of your qualifying 5G Home Plus Plan.
    - Once activation is confirmed, qualified Home Plus customers will have a notification tile within your My Verizon Online / My Verizon app after logging into their account.

  2. Upon redemption, Your eligible Gift Card will be delivered electronically within 24-48 hours.
    - You can check your redemption status at https://www.yourdigitalrebatecenter.com/#!/check-my-status

  3. Qualifying customer may also want to check their spam folder for the below Subject and Sender:
    - Email Subject: Your Gift Card has Arrived
    - Email Sender: YourWirelessRebate@YourWirelessRebateCenter.com

  4. If you still have questions about your gift card redemption, status and eligibility, please send @vzw_customer_support a message and a service representative can assist you.

Did you receive your tracking number? You are suppose to receive egift card within 24-48 hours after submitting your request for it. You will need to go to Verizon Wireless National Rewards Center to check your status.

It's impossible to get this gift card that sales promised.  Sorry I switched to Fios.

I’m really upset, I’ve been told 72 hours six times now. It has been almost a month now. I was going to use it for Black Friday, then for Christmas. I’m starting to think I’ve been lied to.

Yes I think we have been lied to with a fake promotion because I keep getting the same message. 4-7 business days, it’s being “escalated”. Blah blah blah ! Cancelling my service today !

I have also had this issue. I selected my Amazon $200 gift card last week and haven’t received an email.

Hello, being on top of your offers is vital, especially if you did not receive the expected gift card. Verizon is here to help. Please tell us more, what did the offer consist of (added Home Internet, new line, etc.)? When was the purchase/order made? How did you attempt to redeem it (via email link, My Verizon, etc.)?

Please put me on the list of people who cannot redeem the $200 Amazon gift card. I've tried in the app, on a mobile browser, and on a desktop browser and none are working. In the app I get a message that says, "We're sorry. There was an error when adding $200 Amazon.com Gift Card promotion to your Verizon account. Please try again later." When I do it in the browser, I get, "The requested URL was not found in this server. Go to MyVerizon Home." When I try to chat with an agent about this particular topic, I also get an error message: "I'm sorry, but we're experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again in a moment." For what it's worth, I've had to use Verizon assistance a lot in the past month and I only get this message when I ask about the Amazon gift card. 

I was already able to redeem the Verizon gift card. 

I'm incredibly frustrated after all the problems I had trying to get service set up with Verizon. Now this. I'm looking for help with this issue ASAP. This is clearly a widespread problem that Verizon has had well over a month to fix now. What is going on? Why is this still offered if you aren't able to deliver this to customers?
