I Signed up for 5g internet and was told by the salesman in the Verizon store that I would receive a $200 Amazon gift card for signing up.
I received an email stating that " As part of your order, you qualify for either an Amazon Echo Show 10 or a $200 Amazon.com Gift Card, on us.
The email does not have a link to claim the gift card. I called the Verizon help desk number and I have an open ticket request that keeps getting closed out without a resolution... can anyone from Verizon please help with this. I've contacted the help center 4 times now and have not been helped.

I checked for the gift card today and it is not available anywhere in my account still .
