RE: $200 Amazon Gift Card with 5G Home promotion still did not receive,

RE:  $30 dollar Verizon Forward Program  Credit not applied to Jan 19, 2024 bill, nor the future billing

When we leave information here in this forum.  We get an email from Verizon saying it wants to help.  The Verizon email  does not allow replies.  The mail delivery lets you know your reply mail has failed. 
Verizon puts up a false face pretending to reach out with help.  But, again, those emails do not allow interactions, the majority of the time.  
I just got an email pretending to reach out to help.  As soon as I sent a reply, the mail fail notice returned. 
Verizon, I demand all monthly credits to be on each billing starting immediately;  $30 dollar Verizon  Forward Program Credit ( not on invoice #8613967827) ; (provide billing credit now);   These credits/discounts were given;  50% access fee discount;   $20 dollars auto pay & paperless billing credit;  $25 dollars mobile & home credit; $10 student discount; $25 dollar Mobile & Home credit; $30 dollar Affordable Connect Program credit.  That’s a total of $125 dollars every month of discounts and credits to reduce the bill.  Verizon a fifth grader can get this simple math right.  What is your problem except participating in money laundering?  Yes, the world is watching all who are over billing customers; who promise lots of promotions; but fail to deliver 100% of them.   Prove this company is not a lier, a cheat, a money launderer.  Send the second $200 Amazon Gift card I am entitled to.  Put all credits and discounts on all monthly billing and stop the over billing practices.  Become  totally transparent.
