Switched over, was told I would get $200 giftcard per line. Called last month the representative said he could see the promo and I qualified and if I didn't see it in my email by my 3rd billing cycle to call back. He even said he wrote in his notes if the gift card wasn't applied, they would apply $400 to my account.
Called today no one knows what I'm talking about, no one can find any promo offer. The only one they can find is a $200 gift card to home depot if I switch my home internet. Even the "head of customer service" doesn't know about anything. Then said I had the wrong account for it because my account is grandfathered , I opened my account in May, either way its all a lie to get you to switch, after you spend all this money
