Total joke! Signed up for Verizon Home 5g and was told I would get a $200 Home Depot card. After several inquiries and a handful of reps that don't seem to know anything and tell you they are having system issues, still no card. Was recently told they are "all out" of cards - seriously? How is this even legal? Fraudulent and deceptive company. Switching back to Xfinity - they may be more expensive but at least they don't lie to get customers.
We're sorry to read that you have not gotten the promotion you were expecting. Did you check your My Verizon account to see if the promotion was there? Did you receive any email regarding this promotion? ~Peter
