Like many others, I seem to be unable to redeem my $200 Amazon gift card. I received an email with instructions on where to go in the MyVerizon App; but the specific tile the email mentions is missing. I’d very much like to use that gift card; so any help would be appreciated.

Like many others I have not received the activation code for the $200 Amazon gift card promotion. This is a big problem with many customers posting about this.

as the title says, i have been trying to call customer support and was never able to have a resolution i am so dissatisfied with this

Hello Beshoybeshay. We are here to help. Let's find that resolution. How were you attempting to redeem through the My Verizon app or Website? Here are the steps:
1 Sign in to My Verizon (online or app).
2 Navigate to the My Verizon account page.
3 Click on Get your choice on us: Amazon Echo Show 10 (3rd Generation) or $200 Amazon.com Gift Card redemption tile under Make the Most of Your Plans.
Result: The customer is taken to the page to choose either the Amazon Echo Show 10 (3rd Generation) or $200 Amazon.com Gift Card.
4 Do the following under the $200 Amazon.com Gift Card redemption tile:
Review and accept the Terms & Conditions by checking the box.
Click Select.
Result: The customer is directed to the Blackhawk website to redeem the offer.
5 Follow instructions to complete the order.

I have not received the activation code to activate my $200 Amazon Gift Card. This seems to be a major problem going on with Verizon. I have been on the phone with Verizon customer service for almost an hour and the representative cannot resolve the problem and finally said she had to fill out a form and it would take 7-10 business days and maybe I would receive the activation code email.
