I was told by two different people..the door to door rep and a customer service agent that I would get a $50 target card for signing up for Internet. The third person I talked to said that I signed up after that promotion period so therefore I get nothing. They couldn't tell me why I was lied to. I don't think it's fair to have me sign up under false pretenses.
Carrieisacoolmom, we want to make sure that we clarify any questions regarding our promotions. Please tell us, when did you initiate service? To clarify, was this 5G Home internet or Fios service?

5/18/24. The same day the sales rep told me to watch my email for my gift card. It's 5G home
