On December 26th, 2023,  I ordered the 5G Home Plus with the promotion of a free Xbox Series X AND an Amazon GC worth $200 or the Echo Show 10. 

I called a few days after setup, noticing I had no notifications from them about the promo. Customer service through chat told me to wait 72 hours for a waiting period, but to be safe, to actually wait  another 7 business days. I waited . . .  nothing. I just called again this morning, and I  was on the phone for 30+ minutes. Waiting for  him - “looking through your account”. At the end of the phone call he told me to just keep waiting, with no real reason why. 

I’ve been a costumer since 2006, this is very wrong and I feel like this company is being dishonest. If you can’t hold up your end of the offer, don’t offer it in the first place.

With all the customers having the same issue with the promotion not being honored. Sounds like a case for a class action lawsuit. I contacting the Fair trade comission.

I filed a claim. They’ve denied my escalation multiple times and was told not going to get it at all. Thinking of taking my 5 lines elsewhere also

How are you so sure that I will get it? I don’t remember starting an escalation form — unless you’re referring to me calling customer service. Even then, I never received  any confirmation or case number to prove that we had a conversation.  Doesn’t sound right to me.

It’s 6 months in and what do ya know they’ll admit to the $200 Amazon card and credited my account but nothing but run around about the Xbox. That was the deciding factor to switch. The. Even more issues lost two of my ported numbers w zero compensation just an oh well and have a nice day.

I just received my Xbox via UPS. At the same time I just received my billing statement via email. I noticed that rather than honoring the promotion, they unexpectedly charged me $532 for the Xbox. So I spoke via live chat to a customer service representative who looked into it, then said that I shouldn't be charged. To just wait until the next billing statement and it should just go away.
