I signed up for the 5G Home Internet Plus plan, which included a $100 gift card promotion within the promotion period on 9/25/24 and activated the service 9/27/24. I tried redeeming my gift card, but after waiting for weeks, I received this message saying I’m not eligible. I’ve met all the necessary requirements for the promotion, and this is very frustrating. The message stated my device isn’t eligible for the gift card. This feels unfair, as one of my main reasons for signing up was the promotional offer. Does anyone else encountered this issue and how this can be resolved?
