5G home internet promo

What a joke!!!! I switched to the 5G home internet because of a promo that had the option for a YouTube NFL package or a Chromebook go with a $200 credit for any Samsung product. I got the Chromebook but I called several times asking about the credit. Some agents can find it and others can't. The one agent that found it read it to me word for word how I had read it and said my credit will be issued in November and I recently called about an update and now they're saying that promotion never existed. I lost the promo email and I even did the gmail email recovery but it didn't go that far back to the beginning of August. I been a customer for years and this is the way they treat me? I know the promo exists and I know exactly what it said. They won't even check the call log and listen to the recording of when the agent found the promo and was reading to me exactly what it said. What a joke. I think I'm going to be changing carriers.
