5G internet offer issues

So I see on the app that I can redeem my home internet offer for the switch and the $200 Target gift card on 5/15/24 but when I click on it there is nothing there and I never got a email like I was told I would get to redeem it with.

Hey erickson-47, we're glad to hear that the tiles have appeared for you to redeem that offer. To offer some transparency, the email would have directed you to the tiles. What happens if you try to use the tiles with My Verizon online via your home computer instead of the app?

 When I click on either of the below tiles I get redirected to https://www.verizon.com/support/5g-home-offer-faqs/ With no information on how to redeem either of those offers.  From my confirmation order I should get both of these offers and they say they are redeemable today. 5.15.
