I've been on the phone with multiple representatives not being able to claim my promo called on the 30th day saying I wanted to return. My phone told me that it wouldn't be an issue. Now they're telling me something totally different and they said they would escalate it which would take at least 7 days, which I don't see how that is an escalation to me. That's Verizon's. Poor customer service and no one seems to ever give you a call back or you receive any emails. I think it's time to contact the FCC and find out maybe they'll actually get something done for me

I also cannot redeem the tile as well!! It shows to redeem on the day I activated a new line, it’s still there but when clicking into it, it just goes back to the faq page. This is unacceptable!!!

I am with you I have been trying since April 18th agent and supervisor placed my order Verizon sent me a message saying thank you for redeeming my promotion but for some reason Verizon sees no problem with not filling the order after being told no worries it's on its way 3 separate times by three different supervisors. This also cost me my job due to taking off work so I could be home for it to come and now I am with no job and no tv I am done trying to get any help from call center or store locations I am making sure that everyone knows how I was treated and filing complaints to any and all Fed and State agencies along with small claims suit I am done getting lied to and being told no worries I got you until resolved after reading everything I have about all the people having similar issues except I have not seen any that so I may be lone wolf in that category but believe me you will get nowhere in a hurry here

Seems to be their thing I've called multiple times myself , at this point it's time to contact the BBB and FTC for their false advertisement

I too am having the same issue. I’ve reached out multiple times with no resolution to my problems. I’ve been told twice now that my “ticket” has been escalated but shockingly…no resolution! I’ve also made it known that I plan to reach out to the Better Business Bureau about the false advertisement and fraud involved with enticing people to sign up for service only to find some reason to not follow through with their promotions.
