  • Signed up for 5G home plus with Amazon promotion but have not received any information on this. No email and no link to redeem. Is there a waiting period?

Hello Jacmo71. We would love to help. Are you referring to the $200 gift card or Echo promotion? Are you able to se and redeem using the My Verizon app?-Joe

We know how important it is to make sure you receive your promotion, we'll be glad to help out. An email is sent out once you have made your purchase where you can redeem the gift card. Have you checked your spam folder and inbox for it?

Yes I checked my spam folder and no email to redeem.  All I received was a email that my 5G home setup was successful and that I qualify for the Amazon echo 10 or $200 amazon gift card.

To redeem, please Sign in to your My Verizon (online or app). Navigate to the My Verizon account page. Click on Get your choice on us: Amazon Echo Show 10 (3rd Generation) or $200 Amazon.com Gift Card redemption tile under Make the Most of Your Plans. From there, make your choice between the Amazon Echo Show or the $200.00 Amazon Gift Card and proceed with the redemption steps. 

There is a known issue where some customers are having problems redeeming or don't see a tile. A planned fix is coming on 12/13/2023 and you'll be able to redeem then.
