I ordered the 5G home internet and also switched from one service to another and was able to redeem my Xbox but can't redeem my Amazon girt card because it won't let me after I select it. Also was supposed to get 100$ verizon gift card with offer.
I believe the offer said you must have the internet 2 months before you can request the gift card
