I have recently added a Home Internet on my mobile line and part of the home internet offer was to get the Amazon Echo Show 10 or $200 Amazon Gift Card. I got the email saying redeem it and when I click on it, it takes me to the Dashboard page of the Verizon page and I get to see nothing on that to redeem it. Need help to know the process to redeem it.

I am having this same issue. I received two emails, one saying to claim my $200 Amazon Gift Card and one saying to claim my free Apple TV for switching to Verizon. None of these offers show up on my account at all, and the customer service reps are telling me to try a different browser which does not make any sense! Verizon needs to make good on these offers, would appreciate a message. Has been a total nightmare since we signed up in October!

Brandon9494, I'm sorry that you've been having issues with the offers. There's been a few technical issues with the Amazon one, and believe me it's frustated us as well on this end. I am also having this issue. Was hoping to use it for Christmas presents. Tells me to redeem it but when I go to redeem it, it just brings me back to the claim offer. And now the echo show is greyed out.

I'm also seeing many, many responses from cs stating that they are sending private messages to posters....but I have yet to see a single post regarding the complaint being resolved by receipt of said gift card. Why is that?

Hello there jenhub1! We understand that you're having issues with your gift card. We had encountered some hiccups with the promotion when it was first launched but were able to resolve it on the 13th. The following steps have helped our customers claim their cards, please give them a try.
1. Sign in to My Verizon (make sure you do this on the website not the app).
2. Navigate to the My Verizon account page.
3. Click on Get your choice on us: Amazon Echo Show 10 (3rd Generation) or $200 Amazon.com Gift Card redemption tile under Make the Most of Your Plans.
Result: You will be taken to an interstitial page to choose either the Amazon Echo Show 10 (3rd Generation) or the $200 Amazon.com Gift Card.
4. Do the following under the $200 Amazon.com Gift Card redemption tile:
Review and accept the Terms & Conditions by checking the box.
Click Select.
Result: You are directed to the Blackhawk website to redeem the offer.
5. Follow instructions to complete the order.
Note: You must verify email address
**Upon redemption, you will receive the Amazon.com Gift Card within 24-48 hours. Tracking is available here: https://www.yourdigitalrebatecenter.com/#!/

I have tried for 2 days to register for the Amazon gift card. I can get to the point where I select the amazon gift card, then it says it will take me to the site to redeem the gift card and the verizon app and website just take me to the previous page? Help would be appreciated.

hello Wired_113. We want you to be able to get the gift card. I recommend signing into My Verizon via a browser (even better via a computer) to try and claim the rewards. Another recommendation is if your email associated with the account hasn't been verified, do that first, then try and redeem the rewards. They'll be located on the main page under 'Make the Most of Your Plans.' -Joe
